McAfee has announced plans for the renewal of its Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution. A future version of McAfee Data Loss Prevention-component would include the possibility of setting up security policies.

The IT security specialist, is responding to the growing concerns of companies about the confidentiality of sensitive data. The integration with McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator, is intended to provide a significant simplification and improvement of the directive definition. A special feature of the DLP solution from McAfee will be the delivery in a secure appliance with pre-installed software. The McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator this software then distributes centrally across the network. Data are now protected within a few days and not months.
