Tieto together with Microsoft provides worldwide services to the integration of unified communications (UC) in the network infrastructure of the telecommunication service provider. The alliance between Tieto and Microsoft will enable telecom service providers in a position to expand its core network infrastructure and deliver new, advanced communications services to increase the added value of their services to end users.

The integration of unified communications in a network environment requires comprehensive technological know-how in-depth knowledge of industry, business and service models and the regulatory framework. In addition, a real expertise in network equipment and communication protocols is essential.
